This form allows you to upload a spreadsheet of apiaries and hives. The spreadsheet must be in .xls or .xlsx format. The spreadsheet must have the following columns (all column names must match exactly):

• Name
• Id: This must be in the format: 000000YY-0XXX-4000-8000-000000000000. Every UUID must be unique, so the "YY" will be the number of the apiary upload, and the"XXX" is the apiary number
• Latitude: Can be empty
• Longitude: Can be empty
• Address: Can be empty
• Date of establishment: Should be an excel "date" format or in the format DD/MM/YYYY hh:mm
• Terrain
• Environment
• Description: Can be empty
• Number of hives
• Hive name template: Will be in format "Template 001"
• Hive type: e.g. Langstroth

Hives can be created in 2 ways: (1) On the ApiaryDetails tab with the columns Number of hives, Hive name template, Hive type
OR (2) On the HiveDetails tab with the following columns:

• Name
• Id: Can be empty or in the format: 000000YY-0XXX-4000-8000-000000000ZZZ. Every UUID must be unique, so the "YY" will be the number of the apiary upload, and the"XXX" is the hive number. If this is empty it will take the apiary
• Start Date: Should be an excel "date" format or in the format DD/MM/YYYY hh:mm
• Type
• Apiary Id: This must match an apiary id from the ApiaryDetails tab or be empty. Apiary Id or Apiary Name must have a value
• Apiary Name: This must match an apiary name from the ApiaryDetails tab or be empty. Apiary Id or Apiary Name must have a value
• Description: Can be empty

The spreadsheet may have additional columns, but they will be ignored. The spreadsheet must have a header row. The spreadsheet must have at least one row of data. The id column is optional. If it is not provided, the apiary will be created with a random id. If it is provided, the apiary will be created with the provided id. If an apiary with the provided id already exists, the apiary will be updated with the provided data.
